1. Payment Processing
All payments for VCF Designer are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on your initial purchase. If VCF Designer isn’t right for you, simply request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date under the same terms.
3. After the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day refund window has passed:
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to VCF Designer until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of the following methods:
- Email us at info@vcfdesigner.com with your account email and reason for the request.
- Contact Paddle directly using the link in your purchase receipt email.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation & Post-Expiry Access
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
- After your subscription expires, your designs remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. During this grace period, you can view and export your existing designs but cannot create or modify them.
- After the 30-day grace period, access to saved designs will no longer be available through the application. Designs previously exported as documents remain yours permanently.
